Each Sub-Committee is responsible for specific aspects of event planning:
Community - Vice President/Advisor
• Creators: Coordinates with creators attending the event, including scheduling and promotions.
• Volunteers: Manages event volunteers, ensuring they follow procedures and fulfil their responsibilities.
• Community: Organises pre-event activities (e.g., trivia nights, onlinegame sessions), and interacts with the community through online conversational or social platforms.
Production - Secretary
• Stage: Oversees stage setups, schedules, and activities during events.
• Cosplay: Handles cosplay competitions, sign-ups, and guidelines.
• Idols: Organises Idol applications, pre-rehearsals, performances and schedules.
Exhibition - President
• Vendors: Communicates with vendors, ensures their needs are met during the event, and sets guidelines.
• Artists: Communicates with the artists, ensures their needs are met during the event, and sets guidelines.
• Games: Manages gaming activities, tournaments, and demonstrations.
Design - Treasurer
• Graphic Designer/s: Designs event materials such as banners, flyers, and online assets.
• Media: Covers event photography, videography, and media relations.
Operations - Operations
• Audio and Visuals: Ensures and manages the audio, lighting, and other technical effects are maintained and functioning.
• Guest: Coordinates with VIPs, panellists, and special guests.
• Stream Coordinator: Manages the technical side of live recordings hosted at physical and online events, also designs scenes for the event to use for when broadcasting.
With an EPIC start to the business with a successful first event we can't wait to see what the new 2026 team has in store.
Next year it's going to be a whole lot bigger and better, everyone will have their assigned responsibilities and is expected to be present and active whilst preparing for the event.
